I have been practicing the magical pass of the tree form using the cane since coming back from the workshop. Being my first workshop I'm finding a certain amount of grounding from doing these passes and I especially like doing the Mapping of the Body.

I also appreciated my partner in the recapitulation exercises and regretted that I couldn't find him at the end of the workshop to thank him. Hopefully I'll see him again in another workshop.

It was ironic that right after the workshop, I went to visit my parents and they started talking about the their own history of handling money with my mother saying that I was just like her. I hadn't told them about what the workshop was about. What I had stalked about my parents was ‘right on’ with what they were saying.

Overall, I felt that this was a great (and fun!) workshop and I learned many things that I'll be practicing.

…One of the keys that I have glommed onto from the workshop really wasn’t a topic but was simply mentioned in passing by an instructor... it was used as an example of what we don’t do...And that was... ask the Spirit for guidance and help every day.

As part of my ongoing commitment to learn how to lead by following, I have leveled my intent upon the Spirit and am looking to commune with every moment of free energy and attention that I can muster.
